Did some sit-ups (70), a few push-ups (30), and some chin-ups (8) too.

Again, it was damn cold. Walked the dog and called it a night.

Did some sit-ups (70), a few push-ups (30), and some chin-ups (8) too.

Fluing out again. Decided not to go run in the cold. But I did walk the dog though. We both thought it was too damn cold outside. He just hit the high points and trotted back to the garage! Again! I wonder where he get’s it from …

Skipped the run again. What I’m calling my hamstring hurts. Decided it’s better to run healthy than to not run at all.

Did some sit-ups (60), a few push-ups (25), and some chin-ups (7) too.

Ran a couple today. Cold and wet. Hamstring hurts. Or maybe it’s my quadricepts. Don’t know that much about musculature. Just painful!

Did some sit-ups (60), a few push-ups (25), and some chin-ups (7) too.

Skipped the run today. It was pouring most of the day and I had a meeting that stretched into the evening. Every time I run after dark, it seems to get a little weird down on the river. Come to think of it, basically biking gets a little weird too! So, dark = weird!
