Did some sit-ups (70), a few push-ups (30), and some chin-ups (8) too.

Skipped the run again. What I’m calling my hamstring hurts. Decided it’s better to run healthy than to not run at all.

Exercise Log for 2/4/2012

Did some sit-ups (60), a few push-ups (25), and some chin-ups (7) too.

Ran a couple today. Cold and wet. Hamstring hurts. Or maybe it’s my quadricepts. Don’t know that much about musculature. Just painful!

Exercise Log for 2/3/2012

Did some sit-ups (60), a few push-ups (25), and some chin-ups (7) too.

Skipped the run today. It was pouring most of the day and I had a meeting that stretched into the evening. Every time I run after dark, it seems to get a little weird down on the river. Come to think of it, basically biking gets a little weird too! So, dark = weird!

And I ran again today – a couple of miles. Beautiful day, ran earlier. Too early for everyone to be out doing their post work walk. It was still fun though. Lots of moms with their strollers out.

And I ran again today – just a couple of miles. Beautiful night again. Everyone was out. Riverside was backed up so I got to run through everyone’s pollution, but still, it was beautiful. I love running at the river at dusk.

And I ran again today – just a couple of miles. Not as fun as yesterday. Feeling the burn. Beautiful night. I love running at the river at dusk. Everything is calm, lavender and pink. The water looks like a mirror.

And I ran two miles today! Wahoo! For the first time in a month, my foot felt good enough to run. I’m not sure about tomorrow. I’m taking it one day at a time, but it was beautiful out on the river trails today! Wahoo!

Ouch! Ouch! Got the gout! and I’m sick of it! Finally my foot isn’t hurting. I’m gonna run tomorrow. Take it slow and build back up.
