About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Joe Schell – aka Joseph Schell, Harry Joseph Schell, Hoje to my family, Roly Poly when my brother wanted to drive me crazy. I’ve had other nicknames, but  I’m a 44 year-old, tech writer based out of Tulsa, OK. This is my journal for my competition in the OKC Redman Competition in 2008. Part workout log, part whine, but really just a way to hold myself to account.
